The EDGE Foundation strengthens the ability of women to pursue careers in mathematical research and education, and places more women in visible leadership roles in the mathematics community. EDGE seeks to create, identify and disseminate programs and strategies that improve the persistence of women and minority graduate students, and contribute to the development of a diverse mathematical community.
