Lucy Li

Redwood Shores, California

“You don’t have to choose between being an athlete and being in STEM—you can do both.”

Lucy Li is a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour who has been making history in the sport since she qualified for the U.S. Women’s Open at just 11 years old, becoming the youngest player ever to do so. While competing at the highest level of golf, she also studied data analytics and psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Today, Lucy brings those two worlds together—using data and analytics to refine her game, from training and strategy to performance on the course.
