Behind every goal, record, and breakthrough is STEM. #IfThenSheCan – The Exhibit: Game Changers celebrates 26 STEM innovators whose work fuels the world of sports. Through life-size, 3D-printed statues, videos, and immersive storytelling, the exhibit reveals how science, technology, engineering, and math power every aspect of athletics—from athlete health and performance to engineering, data, nutrition, broadcasting, and the fan experience.
Following its debut at FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas during the FIFA World Cup 26™, the exhibit will open at Pegasus Park, Dallas's 26-acre life science innovation hub, in Fall 2027, where it will continue inspiring visitors by revealing the STEM behind the sports we love.
From designing safer equipment and optimizing performance to analyzing data, fueling athletes, and enhancing the fan experience, these Game Changers represent the many ways STEM shapes the global sports industry. Their careers span disciplines such as mechanical engineering, neuroscience, nutrition, communications, and architecture.
By revealing the science behind the sports we love, the exhibit invites the next generation to see themselves in these roles—showing how STEM careers expand what’s possible on and off the field. If you can see it, then you can be it!
