Lindsay Golich is a senior sport physiologist with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where she prepares Team USA athletes to compete in extreme environments, from high altitudes to the world’s biggest competitions. Based at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, she leads cutting-edge performance labs that use science, data, and innovation to help triathletes, cyclists, rowers and all Team USA athletes gain a competitive advantage. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Lindsay bridges research with real-world training - helping athletes push past limits and rise to the podium.
